These terms govern access to the meclients platform and related services. By activating a subscription or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service Scope

meclients provides AI-assisted call handling, appointment scheduling, messaging, and analytics workflows for businesses. Availability depends on third-party providers including telephony, payments, hosting, and AI systems.

Authorized Use

You may use the service only for lawful business operations. You must not use the platform for spam, fraud, emergency dispatching, unlawful healthcare or legal advice, harassment, or any activity that violates telecom, privacy, or consumer protection law.

AI and Telephony Disclosure

You are responsible for informing callers and message recipients when automated or AI-assisted systems are being used, where disclosure is legally required. You are also responsible for collecting any required consent for call recording, SMS communication, and outbound dialing.

Billing and Provisioning

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Activation may trigger provisioning with payment, AI, and telephony providers. Provider downtime, rate limits, number availability, fraud screening, or compliance review can delay activation.

Customer Data

You retain responsibility for the legality, accuracy, and integrity of the business data, caller data, and appointment information you submit. You must only upload data you are authorized to process.

Limits of Liability

The platform is provided on an as-available basis. meclients is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from provider outages, missed calls, missed bookings, misrouted calls, or customer misuse, except where prohibited by law.
